My name is Mr Hynes and I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful service I received from your Sail Street branch. I am temporarily disabled, both hips are in need of replacement surgery and I am severely immobile at the moment. Moving is a real problem for me and getting in and out of my car is extremely painful. Today I visited your Sail St branch and telephoned from outside, I had a problem with a gas bottle that I felt was leaking. Your guy could’ve have helped more. He took the bottle in and returned minutes later to tell me that the clip holding the gas hose had cut into it, which was the cause of the leak. He informed me that your staff had refitted the hose and secured with a new clip. When I asked, how much, he said that as I was a regular customer, there would be no charge. I repair brass musical instruments and do buy all my gas and soldering needs, but he must have a fantastic memory, as my visits are not that regular. People are always very quick to complain. I just wanted to thank your staff for making my day just a little bit easier. Regards

After being Let down by a big branded building merchant on a set of ladders for a saturday morning job. We drove round to Hire 4 Lower on the of-chance. Paul sorted out straight away, making sure we got the job done in time at a lower price as well. so Win win all round.

What a brilliant company! Paul recommended the type of ladder needed to ensure my painter's safety while he repaired some winter damage to the house.
